Best public launch in the area, they have spent our tax dollars responsibly here (which is rare for any public works projects in Louisiana). They have enlarged the parking, cleared more bank space around the launch, installed effective floating salvinia barrier booms, and all channel markers are new, easy to see and reflective.
Haven't caught a fish there once bit nice little area to throw a line in or launch your boat. Bathroom were OK.
